Laterite nickel ore dressing installation in Congo

When the laterite nickel ore has higher copper content than nickel content, use the laterite nickel ore beneficiation process to sort copper. This method can get directly copper concentrate with low nickel content. Laterite nickel ore beneficiation can adopt mixed flotation process; mixed-preferred flotation processes; mixed - flotation and bulk flotation tailings recycling part of the nickel.

Our customer, Mr Verkrn in Congo consulted this set of beneficiation plant, our saleman combined with his field, his capacity, his raw materials copper content, his needed particles, and his budget, finally suggested him the mixed flotation process to proceed.

Through four months communication, he finally bought one set of laterite nickel ore beneficiation equipments from Henan Kefan. When the equipments arrived destination, our company arranged three engineers to go to his actual site for guiding installation.
